Healing
Meditation is not any kind of unusual, religious,
holy or spiritual activity.
-
Meditation is completely normal: it is
to to bring balance or natural rhythm in everything
we do.
-
Buddhist sutras indicate that three activities of
mind are at the root of our suffering:
desires, delusions and hatred. These three
activities cause imbalances in our
body-mind-consciousness.
-
"Healing Meditation" is a way to balance against our
negative thoughts (or stress and traumas) that have brought on our illness
or dis-ease.
-
In
meditation we continuously become aware of who and
what we are. Initially, it feels irritating or
boring, after a while all that goes away. We
get into our natural rhythm and begin to discover
our harmonized body-mind-consciousness.
-
It's
important to understand that healing mediation is
not about getting enlightenment or going to some higher
level or higher state of mind. In healing-mediation
we focus on the present and believe that our present
is worthy of our total attention and we can live
through it in an unbiased way.
-
The
healing-mediation makes us totally relaxed and
energized at the same time. It is the best way to
appreciate our connection with cosmos and appreciate
the sacredness of everything.
-
Mediation done in group creates a field that is more
powerful than the individual meditation and helps
everyone in the group and around it.
