CranioYoga Workshop |
|
|
|
CranioYoga
is a journey to experience healing and rejuvenation. It
is the answer for tight shoulders, soar back, stiff
neck, low energy, exhaustion, and stress.
|
|
|
|
The
antidote to stress is relaxation. To relax is to be
still and rest deeply. Relaxation is a state in which
there is no movement, no effort, mind and body are quiet
and spirit is centered.
We (Prana
and
Shazia)
developed CranioYoga workshop for a complete
relaxation and healing by integrating Restorative
Yoga, Craniosacral work and Aromatherapy.
This workshop is intended for healing, relaxation and
rejuvenation while opening your heart and enhancing your
awareness.

Restorative Yoga is a series of powerful yet, fully
supported, passive yoga poses designed to help the body
rejuvenate and strengthen itself. By supporting the body
with props, we alternately stimulate and relax the body
to move toward balance. In general, restorative poses
are for those times when you feel weak, fatigued, or
stressed from your on-going daily activities. |

|
Craniosacral Therapy: At a deep level our
living body-mind matrix subtly "breathe" with the motion
of life - a phenomenon that produces rhythmic movements,
referred as "breath of life". Craniosacral Therapy focus
on "breath of life" and by taking a whole-person
approach to healing and the inter-connections of mind,
body and spirit. It is an effective form of treatment
for a wide range of illnesses helping to create the
optimal conditions for health, encouraging vitality and
facilitating a sense of well-being. |
|
|
|
Aromatherapy is using essential oils from plants,
flowers, trees and herbs to achieve health, vitality and
rejuvenation of the body, mind and spirit. Essential
oils have been used by ancients and aboriginals for relief of pain, alleviate
tension and fatigue and invigorate the entire body,
reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. |

In this workshop
you are totally supported, moved and pampered by us all
the while. Throughout the class, there is hardly any
work that you are required to do. The workshop ends in a
long savasana (resting pose) where you are still resting
or lying down.
Every person is given individual attention, care and time
in a very safe and nurturing atmosphere. It takes lots of energy, commitment and
awareness on our part to make everyone's journey very
personal and relaxing - thanks to Divne One for guiding
us.
NO prior yoga experience is required.
We offer
CranioYoga in private sessions and as group
workshops on a regular basis.
