Shazia Jabeen
Gogia,
MBA., RYT.
Shazia feels blessed being married to her wonderful healer husband.
Life changed for her after marriage as she opened her heart and
mind to Ayurveda, Vegetarianism, Yoga, Meditation, and Holistic
Healing. She found her spirituality in yoga. Her love for yoga
grew over years until she decided to become a yoga teacher.
Trained in classical Hatha she teaches yoga for a balanced body
and mind. She teaches a more mindful approach and free form
of Hatha yoga, honoring body’s limits. This allows her to change her
class according to the physical and mental needs of her students
and honoring their energy and age level and taking care of
injuries, physical and emotional limitations. She feels very blessed
to be one of the carriers of this esteemed light.

After she
recovered from chronic sinus and migraines by Ayurveda and craniosacral through her husband, she decided to help everyone
live a healthy, holistic ad stress-free life. Being unemployed
for a long time gave her the excuse to open her own place and
Living Prana (was also known as Vajra Living) opened its door in
the summer of 2004. Humbly, she makes a small offering of love,
compassion, health, and spiritually to all beings and hopes she
is making difference in many lives.
Stop by the shop to have a chat; she is always there and ready
to laugh and talk, share love, knowledge and blessings.

Prana Gogia,
BE., MBA., NCBTMB., HHP.
Prana
has been learning and practicing holistic health for over two
decades. He has studied the eastern healing practices (Vedic and
Chakra systems) from traditional healers, Ayurvedic doctors and
Indian masters. He learned that consciousness, mind and, life
energy (prana) are three energy fields which creates the six
primary energy centers or chakras and a network of subtle energy
channels or meridians. These energy centers and channels require
regular balancing to harmonize the movement of the Pranas using
nutrition, bodywork and meditation.
|
|
|
|
He developed Pranik
Craniosacral which is an integration of traditional healing
systems:
-
Ayurveda
-
Craniosacral
Therapy
-
Zen Shiatsu & Tuina
The foundation of
Pranik Craniosacral is to enliven the inner-intelligence of
body-mind and restore health and wellness by harmonizing the
movement of Pranas (Life-force).
It helps in releasing stress, pain and energy blockages. It
promote vitality, relaxation and healing. Every session is
personalized for every individual based on their needs, comfort
and body-mind constitution.
Prana
is also 'systems thinker' and applies the ‘systems theory’
(systems thinking / business dynamics) in the field of
organization development, and Strategy alignments.
